The scheduler books every two hours, to allow time for those who need a bit more time in their session. And to allow breaks for Ginger in between appointments.
Even if there seems to be space, if the scheduler says that it's not available, it's because there isn't sufficient time. Try another time or day.
All email questions are $25 per question, prepaid and due upon receipt of the response. If you ask multiple questions the fee is $25 per question.
It's best to email logistics questions, as we are on the phone all day. We will respond as soon as we are able.
Prepayment is required. Other payment arrangements by special request only.
Your reading is for your information only and as always is only shared with you.
The audio files will be emailed to you via Hightail.com/OpenText.com. They have them for only 30 days and then delete them. We keep the files for only 30 days in the home office and then delete them, for your protection and ours. Please download them as soon as you are able. Once the file is deleted, there is no back up file.
CDs are no longer available and are no longer in supply.

Angeltrails Fees
- All services are billed at the rate of $175.00 per hour or $125.00 per ½ hour.
- Sessions are digitally to a down loadable digital WAV. File available for 7 days via the Internet from www.hightail.com
- Individual email questions are $25.00 per question. Lengthy Email questions or multiple questions on Emails, will be an additional fee per our discretion and time spent in response.
Prepayment
- $ 175.00 prepayment is required for all appointments scheduled online.
- Prepayment should be received within 4 days of the appointment date.
- Payments can be made online via PayPal or by check.

Cancellation & No Show Policy
If you have decided to cancel your reservation or need to re-schedule, you may do so through the Online Appointment Scheduler. Or call (503) 492-9421, e-mail: ginger@angeltrails.net.
- All appointment cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the appointment time.
- Any cancellation within a 24 hour period of the scheduled appointment time is subject to a $ 125.00 cancellation fee & prepayment of any future appointments.
- There will be $ 125.00 charge for No Show (If you do not call or show up for your scheduled appointment) & prepayment of any future appointments.
- Appointments are non-transferable.
Changing Your Appointment Time
You may move your appointment to a different time through the Online Appointment Scheduler, with the following restrictions:
- Moving an appointment within 24 hours prior to the appointment time is subject to the $ 125.00 cancellation fee.
- Allow 7 days between your next appointment.
